Q1 Project Process Post

For my quarter one project I picked a new theme from my summer projects and worked on creating more conceptual depth in my piece. I wanted my process to have more meaning, not just the subject matter. I focused on the idea of fixing the old, or making something new out of something broken. To do this I crumpled a piece of paper and along the major folds, I created sections to draw three different objects. I chose to draw an eye and disco ball as I thought they contrasted well. I am still deciding what to do for the last section.
