Oil on linen panel
14" x 18"
I really like the composition of this piece. The vase peeking through the flowers is very interesting and the way the light reflects off the vase draws the eye. I also like how her flowers aren't perfectly crisp, but blend together. Especially towards the background, the painting becomes more loose. It also becomes darker as the painting goes outward, drawing the eye to key points in the piece.

I love the way the flowers are reflected in the table. It adds interest to something that would otherwise appear very boring. I like how she incorporates the colors of the flower into other aspects of the piece like the background and the leaves. This creates unity and allows the viewers eye to seamlessly move across the canvas.
